Chinese New Year is always a turbulent time here in China - stores and restaurants close down, transportation hubs swell as floods of Chinese people make their way home for the holidays, and the firework displays begin. Yet through all the madness, the Chinese still manage to do what people do best during the holidays - spend a lot of money.
This gave us the opportunity to see the how, where, why, and what Chinese consumers are buying and how it relates to China's progress in the e-Commerce market, all of which we have put into a simple, streamlined infographic.
